Making sure that you can deliver, that your work can go on. Always. That is what we are putting all our efforts into. Running production all season long. We don’t turn our hands to that. We are strong in bulk work and have the right amount of people on standby for any given moment. Need 50 people tomorrow and 100 the day after tomorrow? Scaling up and down is no problem at ONS. Our people love to work and are motivated and enthusiastic. Why? Because at ONS everything is well taken care of.
We only deploy people who are already established here, so we don’t bring them to the Netherlands. We give our people a fair wage and we follow Dutch laws and regulations. Transportation is also arranged for them, which is really free for them. We offer it as a service, because we believe that workers without worries work better. No surprises afterwards. That’s better for you, too. Our experienced foremen are your point of contact and keep in touch with our people. We provide labor, but so much more.
If you want an ONS more
You should expect a staffing agency to provide people. We provide plenty of labor even at peak times. But we do much more than that. With all our knowledge and experience, we like to think along with you about your work process. What could be more efficient? What could you save costs with? On the shop floor to see what could be better. Do you have a lot of work to do but not the right machinery in house? We’ll take care of that, too. From roller conveyor to sorter to processing system and everything in between. We make it easier for you and make sure you can always deliver.

We stand for fair wages and free transportation for our workers, clear agreements with our clients. We are transparent about our approach and pricing structure and follow Dutch laws and regulations. With us, a deal is a deal.
