Job Description:

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for our group of production workers, and you will be our client’s point of contact on the shop floor. You are responsible for the daily work process and try to optimize it. You will manage a team of employees and ensure that production processes run smoothly and meet the highest quality standards.

Job Requirements:

• You are flexible in working hours and days because the range of work is constantly changing.
• You have a proactive attitude in the workplace.
• You are in possession of driver’s license B.
• You speak at least English or Dutch. It is preferred that you also speak the Turkish, Bulgarian or Ukrainian language due to the composition of the group of employees you will lead.
