OUR story
For more than 15 years, we (March, Joris and Alex) have worked together as three enthusiastic entrepreneurs to provide our clients with good labor every day. We do this with great energy, commitment and a healthy dose of humor. But especially together. We are proud of that. Each with their own expertise (financial, planning and commercial), but with the same conviction: honest business. With us, everyone knows where they stand. Our customers, our foremen and all our labor. Together we get all the work done.
OUR says it all: we are a personal company. We know our customers, the industry and our foremen. We work with a small and close-knit team, so our clients can always approach us directly. Thus, the arrangements are quickly clear. And we keep those agreements. We are loyal, flexible and proud. Proud of our customers’ year-round delivery, but also proud of all the families who have food to eat thanks to our work.
Our ambition
Our ambition is clear: improve step by step and continue to grow. In this way, we believe we can provide the best service to our current and new customers. Even in the Netherlands, there is still a need for reliable workers willing to do bulk work. And that is exactly what we are good at. And happy to do so.

How it began for US
Young, Dutch guys with boundless ambition and a good plan were already operating on a smaller scale in business as separate staffing agencies. Focused on construction and horticulture. But in 2009, the real adventure begins and these talents and their agencies come together and continue as ONS. Now grown into a solid, professional organization that manages large-scale bulk work projects throughout the Netherlands. But still with that go-getter mentality of when March, George and Alex were in their twenties. With roots firmly in the agribusiness and horticulture sectors, but ready for all the work that requires many hands. In the coming years, too, we will fulfill clients’ ambitions. And we continue to work to provide the best working conditions for our people.
With ONS you work cleanly and safely
We have the right certifications to perform your work. ONS has the NEN 4400-1 certificate, among others, but also obtains specific certificates if the job requires them. We attend courses and training and adhere to safety and hygiene protocols. So we make sure everyone has the right work clothes and safety shoes. When the basics are good, safe and clean and everyone works in a healthy and safe manner, production goes up.
